Customized training plan for a specific event. This is for an athlete that is self motivated and doesn’t need alot of guidance. This is a structured personalized plan to meet he basic goals and keep the athlete on task.

Custom training plan tailored weekly to meet the athletes goals. We have weekly check ins. Season planning, race prep, including strength and nutrition coaching.

Professional
Total customized training plan, comprehensive to fulfill the athletes short and long term goals, weekly check in, one-on-one training sessions on the bike. Performance coaching, skills training, race mentoring, race development, technique, skills work including nutrition coaching and strength training.

I’m offering a fantastic special: a 4-week plan for just $200, or an extended 8-week plan for $400, both crafted specifically for your individual needs. To maximize your training experience, I recommend utilizing a power meter or heart rate monitor, as well as setting up your own Training Peaks account. Work Together IRL
I work with teams and individuals to sharpen skills, work on tactics, mindset, safety and technique. This is an intensive session of 1-3 hours. Working with riders to learn the nuances of riding together effectively, race practice, group riding gravel or road. Single day clinics and training camps.
