The Basic
Customized training plan for a specific event. This is for an athlete that is self motivated and doesn’t need alot of guidance. This is a structured personalized plan to meet he basic goals and keep the athlete on task.
6week - 3 month training plans
Elite
Custom training plan tailored weekly to meet the athletes goals. We have weekly check ins. Season planning, race prep, including strength and nutrition coaching.
Professional
Total customized training plan, comprehensive to fulfill the athletes short and long term goals, weekly check in, one-on-one training sessions on the bike. Performance coaching, skills training, race mentoring, race development, technique, skills work including nutrition coaching and strength training.
When I work with an athlete, I prefer to coach for a full season which is basically 10-12 months. The best results come from taking the time to know my athletes and them to know me, to refine as we go what you need to be your best. In my career, I have had several coaches and none of them for under 1 year, the longest being 6 years.

Work Together IRL
I work with teams and individuals to sharpen skills, work on tactics, mindset, safety and technique. This is an intensive session of 1-3 hours. Working with riders to learn the nuances of riding together effectively, race practice, group riding gravel or road. Single day clinics and training camps.
