After spending the past 2 decades racing road bikes, CX and gravel at an elite level regionally, nationally and internationally, I’ve jumped on the opportunity to coach.

I work with mindset around training and racing, building fitness, nailing down performance nutrition, building strength through cross training where necessary, sharpening and honing skills and technique on the bike to help you reach your goals and win your ride.

I work with athletes on and off the bike. I build custom training plans to build the engine and I guide training camps and group rides.

I use a periodized approach to training where we build, work hard and rest hard to adapt. Every athlete is different and no two training plans are alike! Training is very individualized depending on where the athlete is and what they need to work on. I use many tools to help my athletes be their very best physically and mentally.

A structured training plan allows an athlete to maximize their build and rest phases and prevents burn out, increases success.

Being an amazing athlete, your best athlete is not about pushing big power numbers. Application is everything. Knowing your engine learning how to use it is as important. There’s more to being a good athlete and succeeding in a race or meeting your athletic goals. I work with all the important aspects that bring out your best in fitness, execution and mindset.
