Performance Mindset

What you believe - you can achieve

Three key factors in developing a performance mindset are discipline, practice and curiosity. I love working with women and men who want to raise their floor and break their ceilings in their physical ability, skill, and their direction to reach their goals.
As much as strength and conditioning the muscles
and cardiovascular systems to become our best so is the mindset.
Many times in my career my biggest wins have come down to an equal combination of extreme physical output and mental discipline - mindset.
With my coaching style mindset is laced throughout training and being primed mentally for races
and events.

Mindset

I work with individuals focusing on their thought processes.  We aim to crack the code of what’s blocking you from being your best mentally and emotionally and learn tools to handle what comes with the ups and downs of growing as an athlete. These sessions are charged hourly and can be in person on or off the bike.
