Food is fuel. Building your endurance engine And being your best physically requires paying attention to what you eat and staying hydrated.
When I work with my athletes on diet the focus is on timing, content, portion sizes for fueling the body around training, and or racing.

One on one half hour to one hour consultation sessions. I answer your questions and we talk about maximizing your fueling.

The Full Course Meal

We have an initial meeting, looking in depth at your eating habits around training and racing and where you may need to make changes. We meet once per week for a short check in. Athletes keeps a diet log around training and racing that I analyze and give feedback on.
